Founding 50 — 50% off for life + co-authored case study

The Founding program is now Founding 50. The first 50 workspaces lock in 50% off any paid plan, forever — applied automatically at checkout via a FOUNDING50 discount that rides across upgrades, downgrades, and plan switches. Every founding member also gets a co-authored case study on their brand: we interview, write, design, and publish it on our site with a backlink and distribution across our channels (you approve every word first). Original Founding 100 members keep their 6-month unlimited access intact.

Phase 7 — SSO + audit log

New /dashboard/audit page for org admins with a full, filterable, CSV-exportable record of approvals, deploys, integration changes, and billing events. New /dashboard/sso page walks Agency/Enterprise admins through SAML enablement with their IdP (Okta, Entra, Google Workspace, OneLogin, any SAML 2.0 provider).

Phase 6 — Webflow publishing (live)

The deliverable Deploy dropdown now ships Webflow alongside WordPress. Approved SEO articles and website copy push to your Webflow CMS as drafts (never auto-live) — publish from the Designer when you're ready. Shopify, Wix, and Framer stay gated behind their own env flags.

New tiers: Solo $79, Growth $249, Studio $699, Agency $2,499. Practitioner add-on ($49) unlocks PDF export, 'Prepared by' attribution and branded cover pages on any plan.

Phase 1.5 — Consultant deliverable polish

Branded PDF export on every deliverable (cover page, accent color, workspace logo), workspace-level 'Prepared by' attribution, and optional white-label output that drops the MyBrandPilot mark. Practitioner add-on ($49/mo) unlocks all of it on Solo & Growth; included on Studio and Agency.

Phase 2 — Analytics & SEO ground truth

Per-project Semrush panel on the Performance page (organic keywords, traffic, top ranking keywords, competitors). Nightly Google Search Console sync at 04:00 UTC across every project with a GSC integration. New PerformanceAnalyst agent reads real GSC + Semrush data and cites specific numbers in every strategy run. (GA4 deferred — needs a BYO service-account flow; opening later.)

Phase 3 — Social presence analysis (first slice)

Per-project social handles (X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) with a Social panel on the Performance page, plus the SocialAuditor agent that recommends the next move per channel. Live per-platform metrics are deliberately deferred to Phase 8 via per-user OAuth — each org will connect their own accounts so MyBrandPilot never uses a shared API account or becomes a data controller for third-party audience data.

Phase 4 — Real video generation

Quota, storage bucket, provider dispatch (Runway Gen-3 + Google Veo) and the AI-video button on reel scripts are all shipped. Providers stay gated until we add RUNWAY_API_KEY / VEO_ENABLED — nothing charges the model until you flip the switch.

Phase 5 — Automated distribution

Meta Ads + Google Ads draft-only campaign creation, plus Resend email campaign sends, are wired end-to-end from the campaign wizard's Distribute step. Providers stay gated behind META_ADS_ENABLED / GOOGLE_ADS_ENABLED / the Resend connector.

Phase 6 (rest) — Shopify, Wix, Framer

Same site-adapter plumbing that shipped Webflow. Next: Shopify Admin API draft articles/pages, Wix Data API draft insert, Framer signed-feed pull.

Phase 8 — Social OAuth + auto-optimize loop

Per-user OAuth for LinkedIn, Meta (IG + FB), and TikTok. Live per-platform metrics on the Performance page. Scheduled social posting from approved deliverables. Feedback loop into the next campaign iteration.
