Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions to MyBrandPilot. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record on all orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and locate your transaction using the email address you used to subscribe, or
  2. Email us at support@mybrandpilot.ai — we'll help forward your request to Paddle.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are outside the initial 14-day window and are not eligible for automatic refund. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals; you'll retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we'll almost always resolve it faster than a bank chargeback.
